Enduring Power of Attorney
If for any reason you cannot, or choose not to, personally handle your own affairs, you may appoint someone else to act on your behalf. Caution is advised here because, this a very powerful document, and should not be executed without taking appropriate legal advice. If you do not make an EPA, and subsequently find you are unable to manage your own affairs, a Receiver will have to be appointed. This can be an expensive undertaking. We can explain all the benefits and consequences of making an EPA and will offer our best advice to suit your particular circumstances.
