Court of Protection
In the event that a person becomes incapable of managing their financial affairs, and has not made an Enduring Power of Attorney, we can assist by applying to the Court of Protection. The Court of Protection will appoint a Receiver and nominate a close friend or relative to protect and administer the client's assets to the client's benefit.
