Of course, speed is a priority when handling your transaction, but protecting your interests is our main concern.
We will obtain from the seller’s advisors a draft contract and list of contents, fixtures and fittings for you to agree. We can proceed with all necessary searches.
Contracts can be exchanged once your mortgage offer, results of searches and all legal enquiries are complete. Although it is usual to complete the transaction within four to six weeks of exchange, you are not obliged at this stage to proceed, but will be committed to the transaction from exchange of contracts.
