How much will it cost?
Initially we will undertake a FREE consultation where we will obtain the necessary information on which to base our advice. We will also tell you how much the work will cost - on a Fixed Fee basis. These Fixed Costs will apply if you assist us to complete any necessary transactions within 3 months and do not change your instructions during this time.
Will it be confidential?
At Eastleys Solicitors all our work is confidential however there are times when the law dictates otherwise. During our Free consulation we will inform you of any disclosures that are necessary and also answer any legal issues you may have.
Who will carry out the work?
This service is dealt with by Trust Manager, Robin Meads who is assisted by department members Catherine Hegarty and Lisa Stanton. Robin has over 40 years experience in dealing with Tax and inheritance matters and his expertise should produce a tailored package to suit your requirements.
Please note that at present we can only address clients from South West Devon as the nature of the work requires a face to face meeting.
