Eastleys is a leading law firm in Torbay and the South Hams founded approximately 150 years ago.  Its offices are based in some of the most beautiful areas of the British Isles where all types of interests are catered for.  Primarily serving private clients, we provide a wide range of legal services covering both litigation and non-contentious matters, with a strong emphasis on personal injury and matrimonial litigation, conveyancing, private client work, probate and administration of estates.

Our aim is to provide high quality legal services to private and business clients in South Devon in an efficient and caring manner, at a fair price and for a reasonable reward.

We have obtained the Investors in People (IIP) Standard and also Lexcel, the Law Society's standard of excellence for law firms.  In addition the firm is the holder of a contract for publicly funded work indicating that the Legal Services Commission (LSC) has approved the quality of work that we undertake in the category of family law.

The firm is organised into a number of specialist departments.  These are Conveyacing, Civil Litigation, Private Client and Family.

We are based in Paignton and Brixham and employ 85 people and were voted as one of the Sunday Times 20 Best Small Companies to work for in the South West.  With ongoing internal training programmes and funding for external courses, regular team-building/social events, we are a happy and committed workforce.
