We act for clients throughout the UK and offer a fast friendly and efficient fixed fee service. Our Fixed Fee services include
LPA Registration
- £195 plus VAT & Court Fee (£150)
We complete the Court's application and serve Notices on the people to be notified. There are two types of LPA and the fee quoted is per LPA.
EPA Registration - £350 plus VAT and Court Fee (£120)
We complete the Court's application and Notices to serve on relatives. We will also visit the person who granted the Power to service Notices.
Fixed Fee Probate - £850 plus VAT and Court Fee (£40)
We complete the Probate Application using figures provided by Executors/Administrators and make application for Grant of Representation to the Probate Court. This service is only available for those estates on which inheritance tax is not applicable but only if the estate is worth less than the current nil rate band threshold or a spouse or charity exemption applies.
