Our terms and conditions are quite simple and our charges are as follows:
For credit cards we charge £ 750.00 paid upfront or £495.00 at the beginning of the claim and £495.00 on completion.
For unenforceable loans you pay us instead of the lender a set number of payments. We will investigate the loan and attempt to have the loan written off.
Your money is guaranteed so if the claims is unsuccessful you will get a full refund.
