  What will be required?

If you wish to us to investigate whether you have a potential claim that we would be willing to pursue for you on a no win no fee basis, all you need do is complete and return the attached questionnaire. We will then consider if your policy may have been mis-sold and whether you are still in time to bring a claim. If we think that there is a good chance that you have a claim we will send you an agreement instructing us to act for you on a no win no fee basis. Once you have signed and returned this form to us we will pursue your claim. It may be necessary for you to complete a second questionnaire should the company against whom we wish to bring a claim insist that you do so before considering the matter.

Apart from these questionnaires, your involvement will be minimal as we will proceed with the claim on your behalf.

If a settlement offer is received, we will advise you of it, however, we are not a firm of financial advisors and consequently cannot advise you on whether or not the offer is reasonable. We can however, provide you with details of financial advisors, who may be prepared to advise you upon the reasonableness of the offer at no charge.
