If we act for you, we will do so on NO WIN NO FEE BASIS. If we are not successful in making a recovery for you, we will not seek payment for our costs, save only for those disbursements that may be incurred in pursuing your claim. These are likely to be limited to any administration charge that the policy provider requires before releasing information to you. As a consequence, any disbursements will be minimal.

If we do recover damages, we will charge you 25% of the damages that you recover inclusive of VAT as our costs.
